FAQs

Are initial consults free?

Yes, your initial consultation is completely free! We only charge for the cost of your treatment. During your first session we’ll take the time to get to know you and see how we can help you on your healing journey. Please be as detailed as possible with injuries, old and new pains and limitations on your mobility.

How much does a treatment cost?

Treatments for adults are $85, $75 for Pensioners and $55 for children.

What do I wear for my treatment?

Something you’re comfortable in! We suggest clothing that isn’t too tight or bulky and let’s you move freely.

Do I need to remove items of clothing during treatment?

No. Its unlikely you’ll need to remove any items of clothing, unless you’re wearing something quite bulky like a jumper or thick denim. We’ll have a blanket to cover you up if you are wearing clothing that is restricting movement.

What is the aftercare I need to follow?

Stay hydrated and avoid excessive exercise for the first 48 hours after your treatment. Avoid very hot or cold showers or baths.

Why do I need to stay hydrated post-treatment?

It’s important to drink water to help flush toxins out of the body. Walking for 15 – 20 minutes will increase your circulation to carry the toxins to the kidneys where they will be flushed out of your body by all the water you are drinking! If you can’t walk then trying to stay mobile is also very useful.

It’s my first time coming, where do I park?

You’re welcome to pull up into the driveway. If there is no parking available, many of our clients park on the opposite side of the road and walk over, or on Eastwood Street (side street).

Is the clinic wheelchair accessible?

Unfortunately not. We have a lovely old Queenslander, which means there are some stairs into the clinic (about 10 steps). We can offer clients home visits in this instance.
